These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the g baazi platform and all its services. Users of the service ("User" or "you") are required to read and understand these Terms in full. By accessing the platform or using any service, you acknowledge that every provision of these Terms is binding on you.

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to both the gbaazi.cam website and g baazi's Android and iOS apps. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement under applicable law.

A personal account is required to use g baazi's services. During registration you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, active mobile number and email address.

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be cancelled and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is also covered by this restriction.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password strictly confidential. If you suspect that a third party has accessed your account, notify our support team immediately via live chat. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out on your account unless it is proven that the account was accessed fraudulently.

All g baazi services are for persons aged 21 or over only. Minors are not permitted to use this platform. g baazi reserves the right to verify the date of birth provided at registration.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, you may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card) and, if required, proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successfully submitted withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, processing may take longer if account verification is pending or additional documents are required.

4.3 General Payment Rules

Deposits must be sent from your own mobile banking or bank account only. Deposits from third parties are not accepted. g baazi reserves the right to review suspicious transactions and, if necessary, place them on hold.

g baazi offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds for a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw, you must complete ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagering.

5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

The weekly g baazi deposit reward gives a 50% bonus on any deposit made once per week on any working day, up to a maximum of ৳10,000, with a 20x wagering requirement. The g baazi Slots Festival gives a 75% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to a maximum of ৳8,000, with a 25x wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.
• The minimum deposit amount to claim a bonus is ৳500.
• g baazi reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the withdrawal will be processed with the bonus amount deducted.

The results of all games on the g baazi platform are fair and determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Live casino games are operated through Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and other certified providers.

6.1 Bet Cancellation Policy

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, network issue or other unavoidable reason, g baazi reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the stake. In such cases, the outcome will not be determined based on partial game results.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, published odds may change temporarily. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are considered final. If a match or event is not completed within the scheduled time and is later postponed, g baazi's decision on the relevant bet is final.

6.3 Multi Bets

In a multi bet, if even one selection loses, the entire bet is lost. For three selections at odds of 1.50, 1.80 and 1.90, the combined odds are 1.50 × 1.80 × 1.90 = 5.13, so a ৳100 stake would return ৳513 — but if any one selection loses, the full ৳100 is lost.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g baazi platform:

• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software to place bets or play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using the g baazi name or brand to deceive third parties.
• Any attempt to interfere with the platform's security systems.

If any such activity is proven, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

g baazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Creating an account with false information.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Under the order of a court or relevant authority.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed before closure. Any bonus balance remaining at the time of closure will be immediately cancelled.

If a dispute arises regarding a bet result, payment transaction or account matter, first contact the support team via 24/7 live chat. If the dispute is not resolved through live chat, send a detailed description by email. g baazi will provide a written response within a reasonable time.

11.1 Finality of Decisions

On matters relating to game results or technical records, g baazi's logs and server records are considered the final evidence. However, in the case of a clear technical error, g baazi may at its own discretion provide a remedy.

If you continue to use the platform after updated terms have been published, it will be understood that you have accepted the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you may request to close your account.
